Bengaluru: Minister of State for Agriculture, BC Patil came under sharp criticism after he took the COVID-19 vaccine shot at his residence in Hirekerur, Haveri, on Tuesday, March 2
Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said that the ministry has asked for a report from the Karnataka government on the matter. “This is not allowed as per the protocol. We have asked for a report from the state government,” he said
Patil had shared a picture of himself receiving the vaccine shot.
