2 out of 3 COVID-19 tests in K’taka reporting positive

Bengaluru: COVID-19 positivity rate in Karnataka has increased to 30 per cent with two out of every three tests reporting as positive.
Presently, the State ranks second after Maharashtra in the COVID-19 cases tally. However, cases in the neighbouring State is seeing a decline in the past week while Karnataka’s cases are rising every day.
If the number of infections continues in Karnataka the State is likely to be number one within the next two days.
Additionally, Bengaluru tops the list of major cities with the highest number of COVID-19 cases, followed by Delhi and Pune.
