Mysuru: After Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa’s son BY Vijayendra and his wife offered special poojas at the Srikanteshwara temple in Nanjangud in the district here on Tuesday, Congress has threatened a formal complaint.
KPCC spokesperson M Lakshmana said that due to the lockdown only temple’s priest are allowed to enter and perform poojas at the temples.
“Under what provision was the special permission given to Vijayendra?” he questioned.
Lakshmana further added that a delegation of Congress leaders is considering meeting Mysuru Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri to lodge a formal complaint against Vijayendra.
