Mysuru: Six-year-old boy killed after coconut tree falls on him

Mysuru: A six-year-old boy was killed after a coconut tree uprooted and fell on him at Kupparavalli village in Nanjangud taluk on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Abhay (6). The incident took place when he was playing cricket near a farmhouse in the village.

His sister who was injured in the incident has been hospitalised.

A case has been registered in Biligere police station.
