Kadaba: Police arrest man for obstructing duty of COVID Warriors

Kadaba: A youth was booked at the Bellare police station on June 29 for allegedly obstructing the duty of COVID Warriors at Savannur village in the taluk here.

The man had allegedly quarrelled with the Savanur gram panchayat PDO, Health Department officials, ASHA workers and gram panchayat members when they had come to quarantine few residents of the village.

He was later arrested by the police based on a complaint by a healthcare worker from the Paltady Primary Health Centre.
