KCET 2021 to be held on August 28 & 29; 530 examination centres to be setup across state

Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is going to conduct the KCET 2021 exam on August 28 and 29.

The Karnataka CET 2021 exam will be conducted as a pen and paper-based test for admission into engineering, pharmacy and other UG courses.

The authorities released the KCET admit card 2021 on August 12 on the official website – kea.kar.nic.in.

KCET Maths exam 2021 will be conducted from 2.30 pm to 3.50 pm on August 28 while physics and chemistry exam will be conducted on August 29 from 10.30 to 11.50 am and 2.30 pm to 3.50 pm, respectively.

Minister Ashwath Narayan on Thursday, August 26 informed that as many as 2,01,816 student have registed for the eamination and it will be held in 530 ceters across the state.

The entrance exam is held for admission to undergraduate engineering, pharma courses. For updates and details on exam, candidates are advised to visit the official website- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.

KCET 2021 exam day guidelines

Candidates should reach the exam centre on reporting time as specified in the KCET 2021 admit card. The late entry of candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre.

At the time of entry at the exam centre, students should ensure social distancing measures.

They must carry any one of the valid photo ID proofs at the KCET 2021 exam centre along with the admit card includes Aadhar card, voter id, driving license, etc.,

Students must wear their face mask all the time inside the exam centre and they should carry a hand sanitizer and water bottle inside.

Electronic gadgets are not allowed to be carried into the examination centre.

Candidates are not permitted to leave the exam hall before the conclusion of the KCET 2021 exam.
