Bengaluru: Doddaballapur town police have detained a youth for questioning after an audio clip of him making pro-Pakistan remarks went viral.
Taking objecting to the remarks made by the youth, identified as Imran in the audio, members of pro-Hindu outfits filed a complaint with the police.
Reportedly a youth had called Imran after he put a social media post supporting Pakistan. During the call, Imran spoke in favour of Pakistan and made remarks that could disturb the communal harmony in the society.
Members of pro-Hindu outfits submitted a recording of the purported conversation to the police. Following this the police took him into custody for questioning.
