Bengaluru: Sandalwood actor Puneeth Rajkumar passed away on Friday following a cardiac arrest. He was 46.
The actor was admitted to the intensive care unit of Vikram Hospital in Bengaluru after he complained of chest pain while exercising in the gym.
Chief minister Bommai and other VVIPs visited the hospital upon hearing the news of his cardiac arrest.
Puneeth, the youngest son of Kannada matinee idol, Dr Rajkumar was last seen in the movie Yuvarathnaa.
