Paan brownie surfaces on the internet, netizens are divided

A dessert made by a food vendor in Ahmedabad has gone viral. The internet is divided over a delicacy known as the Paan Brownie, which was recently introduced to us by a Twitter user.

While paan has seen a transformation in recent years as individuals experiment with new flavours and ingredients, a brownie is unheard of. A short clip was uploaded showing how the unique dish is made.

The video begins with a heated wooden pan covered in a thick layer of chocolate sauce. The brownie is then placed on top of the sizzling plate, along with plenty of sauce. After that, a hefty scoop of ice cream, probably paan-flavored, is poured on top. As the person cooking the dish pours extra sauce over it, it appears to be really delicious. Finally, a completely loaded large paan is placed on top of it, and the leaf is opened to display all of the contents.

In the comments on the paan brownie, netizens have expressed mixed feelings. A segment of the audience praised the dish, suggesting it would be interesting to try. Some people claimed that because paan has a minty flavour and chocolate complements mint, the paan brownie would be delicious.
