Bengaluru: Gambling team busted; 6 arrested, Rs 20.71 lakh seized

Bengaluru: Bengaluru City Police’s Central Crime Branch (CCB) on Friday busted a gambling team after conducting a raid on a hi-tech team in the city.
Police officials have arrested six persons in connection with the case. It is said that the team used to book rooms in five-star hotels and engage in gambling.
Cops have also seized Rs 20.71 lakh cash, cards and card counting machines during the raid.
Further investigations are underway.
