Kaniyoor: An 8-year-old boy succumbed to his injuries after he fell from a guava tree in Kaniyoor, Kadaba Taluk on Thursday, March 17.
The deceased has been identified as Ullas DM, son of Divakar Gowda, a resident of Dolpadi Marakada.
It is said that Ullas had climbed a guava tree to pluck fruits, he was trying to reach the topmost point of the tree and fell after losing balance.
A case has been registered.
