Bookchor, an online bookstore for used books, is hosting ‘LockTheBox Mini,’ a one-of-a-kind book sale in which you don’t have to pay for individual books; instead, you pay for a box and take home as many books as you can fit into the box.

To be held from July 7-10 at Ladies Club, KMC Mercara Trunk Rd, Hampankatta, the event will have over 2 Lakh books to choose from across genres such as fiction, non-fiction, crime, romance, books for young adults and children, adventure, science fiction, and much more.

Bibliophiles can choose from three different sizes of boxes named after Greek mythology heroes- The Odysseus box, Perseus Box, and the biggest and the mightiest, the Hercules box.

● ??? ‘????????’ ???: Priced at Rs 1199/-
● ??? ‘???????’ ???: Priced at Rs 1799/-
● The ‘????????’ ???’: The biggest box is priced at Rs 2999/-

Readers can add as many books as possible of their choice in the box with only the condition that the box should close flat. So, there is literally no limit on the number of books.

Commenting on the event, Vidyut Sharma, Founder, Bookchor, said, “We are thrilled to host ‘LockTheBox Mini’ in Mangaluru. We have received an overwhelming response in other cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Indore, and we are hoping to receive a similar response in Mangaluru too. Book lovers can choose from over 2 Lakh books from Indian and International authors across genres.
