Uppinangady: KSRTC bus collides with car, two injured

Two persons have been hospitalized for injuries after a Bengaluru-bound KSRTC bus collided with their car at Addahole of Shiradi village on Tuesday evening.

The mishap took place when the victims — Sharma (32) and Omkar Prasad (30) were returning to Ramakunja after visiting Sakleshpura. They sustained serious head injuries and were immediately taken to a private hospital in Puttur.

Hours before this mishap, a 24-year-old youth was injured in a car-bike accident at the same spot.
