Kaup: Minister Karandlaje flags off Vande Mataram Tiranga foot march

Kaup:‎‎ Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje flagged off the Vande Mataram Tiranga foot march organized by the BJP Mahila Morcha at Kaup on Saturday.‎

‎Speaking on the occasion, she said that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign on the occasion of ‘Amrit Mahotsav’ of Indian independence is being celebrated everywhere with festive fervor and gaiety. People across the nation are coming together to express their gratitude to the soldiers and freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for our freedom, she added.

She welcomed the move of the political parties in respecting the National flag. The Tiranga does not belong to one party. It is a symbol of our Nationalism and patriotism, she said.

‎Kapu MLA Lalaji R. Mendon and BJP district president Kuyiladi Suresh Nayak, among others were present.
