‘Amul Girl’ welcomes Britain’s first Indian origin PM!

Amul India, known for its creatives with its mascot ‘Amul Girl’ whenever something significant event is witnessed, has now come out with yet another creative with newly elected Indian-origin British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak along with its mascot.

Wishing luck to PM Sunak, Amul India has posted its creative on Instagram and captioned, “#Amul Topical: Welcoming Britain’s first indian origin PM!”

Moments after Sunak was declared as Britain’s PM, social media was flooded with wishes and greetings from world leaders.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted that Sunak is a ‘living bridge’ to strengthen ties between the United Kingdom and India.

US President Joe Biden had described the moment as a ‘groundbreaking’ milestone.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz had tweeted that he was looking forward to a ‘close friend’ at NATO and G7.
