The parents of a 13-year-old girl, who died of a suspected cardiac arrest donated her eyes.
The deceased, Anushri, daughter of Arun Kumar Shetty and Bharathi was a Class 8 student at Hattiangadi Siddivinayaka Residential School.
On Thursday Anushri fell unconscious at home and was rushed to a hospital. She however passed away. Her autopsy was conducted at Manipal Hospital. The autopsy report is awaited.
