Kinnigoli: Pedestrian suffers severe injuries after being hit by car

Kinnigoli: A pedestrian suffered severe injuries after being struck by a car on Thursday, November 3.

The injured is identified as Jayanti Shetty, a resident of Kemaral-Manoli Balle.

Jayanti was carrying vegetables and walking alongside the road leading to Kinnigoli Church.

At this time around, a Maruti Brezza car travelling from Kinnigoli towards Moorukaveri struck Jayanti.

Due to the impact, she was thrown to a certain distance, suffering severe injuries.

Meanwhile, four people in the car also suffered injuries.

The injured were taken care of by the nearby shopkeepers.
