Low pressure in Bay of Bengal to bring showers; ‘Yellow Alert’ for Karavali coast on Nov 14

Bengaluru/Chennai: Moderate rains are expected for the next 2 days in various districts of the state, including Bengaluru, as a drop in air pressure developed over the Bay of Bengal.
IMD has forecasted heavy rainfall in the coastal districts of Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, and Uttara Kannada and has issued a ‘Yellow Alert’.
On Friday, parts of Mysuru and Mandya received showers. Mysuru witnessed rainy and foggy weather with cold winds blowing.
Many districts will experience cloudy weather with light showers for 2 days. The temperatures are expected to drop lower, IMD said.
