Sullia: 18-year-old student dies by suicide

Sullia: An 18-year-old student killed herself by hanging from the ceiling fan of her hostel room in Kurunjibhag, Sullia on Monday, December 26.
The deceased has been identified as Sonia (18), daughter of Purushottama and Reena of Bengaluru. Sonia was studying at Sullia’s private college.
On Monday, she did not go to college and stayed in her hostel room. In the afternoon, when her roommate tried to enter the room, the door was locked. She then informed the hostel warden.
Sonia was found hanging in her room.
