Bantwal: 33-year-old man dies after being hit by train

Bantwal: A 33-year-old man walking on railway tracks was hit and killed by a moving train at Amtur in Bantwal on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Mallu Adhimani (33), a native of Bijapur.
He was working as a laborer in Bijapur and was said to be suffering from mental depression. He left the house on Friday, February 17 without informing anyone.
He is believed to have died as a result of getting hit by a train in the middle of the night while walking on the tracks.
A case has been registered.
