Bantwal: One injured in Bike-Scooter collision

A collision between a bike and a scooter resulted in one person being injured near the Ukkuda checkpost on the Kalladka-Kanhangad interstate highway.

The injured individual has been identified as Abdulla Kunhi, a resident of Ukkuda.

According to eyewitness accounts, the incident took place when a bike, heading from Vittal, collided with a Honda Activa scooter that was making a right turn from the Adyanadka end.

As a result of the collision, Abdulla Kunhi, who was riding the scooter, sustained injuries to his legs and was immediately taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
