Abuse by 3 School Teachers Forces Lady Officer to Commit Suicide in Tumkur

Tumkur: A Centre Resource Person (CRP) ended her life following verbal and physical abuse by three school teachers at  Dugudihalli in Chikkanayakana Halli of Tumkur. The victim committed the extreme step by hanging self at her residence following alleged assault by the trio, sources said. 

The accused, Lakshmikantha, Prasanna and Parashivamurthy work as school teachers here and reportedly abused the lady when she arrived for an inspection at the school in Mathighatta. Parashivamurthy one among the three accused, is the president of Chikkanayakana Halli Government Employees Association. A case stands registered at Chikkanayakanahalli police station on the trio inconnection with the suicide.
