Tumkur: Police served notice to NR Santhosh, personal assistant (PA) to Karnataka State BJP President BS Yeddyurappa (BSY) inconnection with an assault on Karnataka senior BJP leader KS Eshwarappa’s PA Vinay recently. In the report pasted on the door of his residence in Tumkur, the police have asked Snathosh to report at Malleshwaram police station in Bengaluru on Monday morning. However, the sources said, the police very likely to arrest Santhosh amid his efforts to get anticipatory bail.

The police arrived at the home town of Santhosh located in Nonavinakere of Tiptur, Tumkur district after they failed to find the suspect in Bengaluru. Following his absence in his residence in Tiptur, the police pated the notice on the door of his home.

Meanwhile, in a letter to Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Praveen Sood, BSY has expressed his anger as a police team on Saturday late night raided his residence in the state capital to nab his PA. BSY said in the letter that, the move of the police questions his honesty even if he urges the police to arrest the culprits.
