IT Dept Concludes Raid on Karnataka Minister DK Shivakumar

Bengaluru: Officials from Income Tax (IT) Department have concluded their raid on the residences, offices of Karnataka state Energy Minister, Congress leader DK Shivakumar on Wednesday in Bengaluru and others parts of Karnataka.

The officials ended their search on the fourth day of the raid today, August 5 and relived the minister from his residence after he had been kept in his residence for the last three days.  No official statement is made yet by the IT department on the outcome of the raid.

Speaking with the media persons on raid concluded, DK Shivakumar said he would speak to media on the raid soon and handover copies of the documents related to the raid once he gets communication from IT department on the matter.
