Police found plastic currency at Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s Dera

Sirsa: The search operations have started inside the Dera Saccha Sauda Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s headquarters at Sirsa in Haryana from today morning.

The Punjab and Haryana police led raids and have found some shocking revelations inside the 800 acre Dera of a self acclaimed leader Gurmeet Ram Rahim.

Mobile Internet services, including 2G, 3G, 4G, CDMA and GPRS, all SMS services and all dongle services provided on mobile networks, except voice calls, in Sirsa district shall remain suspended till 23:59 hrs of September 10, the order issued by the Haryana government’s Home Department said.

• The police search found plastic currencies in markets in the Dera. 
• Hard disks, laptops, computers, and cash have been seized.
• High amount of cash, laptops are being seized.
• Some endangered animals were also found. A forest department team has been called in at Sirsa. The search team thinks there could be some endangered animals inside Dera.
• MSG fashion mart, Honeypreet’s readymade garments factory have been seized.
• A huge amount of medicines without labels have been found. Pharmacy medicines without label/brand found, OB Van, Lexus car without number also found, Dy Director Satish Mehra said.
• 1200 new notes and 7000 old notes recovered.
• A luxurious black car without a number plate and an OB van has been recovered.
