Jammu: A man, allegedly carrying five grams of brown sugar, was arrested in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, an official said today.
The police intercepted Zaffer Hussain at Fazalabad road near Bufliaz in Poonch district yesterday and seized five grams of brown sugar from his possession, he said.
A case has been registered against him, the official said.
