Uttar Kannada district returns to normalcy

Honnavar: Parts of Uttar Kannada district which had experienced violence since a few days returned to normalcy on Friday.
Section was lifted business and commercial establishments were open and vehicles including buses were running as usual. Schools and colleges reopened.
The police have taken few people into custody on the charge of instigating a bandh on Thursday. Police continue to be deployed in the town as a precautionary measure.
