Bengaluru Police Commissioner wins hearts for saluting school kid

Bengaluru: Bengaluru police commissioner T Suneel Kumar saluting a school going kid near Mallya hospital here has won the hearts of many.

The video capturing this humble act has gone viral over the social media, garnering over 80,000 views and over 1,000 shares. People have appreciated this humble act of a top level police officer in response to a salute of a schoolboy.

The boy happened to see the commissioner accompanied by a few policemen, coming out of the Mallya Hospital. The boy gave him a salute as a mark of respect and immediately Suneel Kumar responded the salute with a salute.

“A respect given by a uniform to a uniform shows the value of discipline,” was the caption of this video.

A person wrote a comment,” “Great officer. Although your in a dignified position, your salute to a citizen (boy) has made me speechless. Hats off to you Sir.”
