Bengaluru: IAS officer Rohini Sindhuri Dasari moved the Karnataka High Court on Friday testing the April 17 decision of the Bengaluru Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), which had maintained the Government Order of transferring her from the post of Hassan Deputy Commissioner.

Calling attention to that the CAT did not go into the subject of validity of the March 7, 2018 Government Order of transferring her from the post of Hassan Deputy Commissioner, it has been fought in the petition to that the CAT essentially composed a proposal and not a judgment with clearing bearings directions in judgment over the judgment of the Supreme Court and furthermore badly remarking on the astuteness of the Supreme Court.
