Bengaluru: The juducial custody of Mohammed Haris Nalapad, has been extended once again, till May 11.

It has been reported that, Harris legal team tried to exploit the delay of the police in filing charge sheet against him, and his accomplices to secure bail for him.

However, Vidvat’s legal team made it clear that Haris has been booked under serious charges which, if proven, could lead to more than 10 years’ imprisonment and the deadline for filing charge sheet in such cases was 90 days, not 60.

Nalapad was arrested for brutally attacking Vidvath Loganathan at Farzi Cafe in UB City on February 17.
