Farangipet: Truck rams bike; rider dies on the spot

Bantwal: A speeding truck rammed into a motorcycle at Farangipet resulting in the death of the motorist on May 11, Friday. The deceased was identified as Umar (52).
Reports say that the impact of speeding truck hitting Umar’s bike, threw the victim on to the road where he was run over by car. He suffered grievous injuries and died on spot.
The deceased is survived by his wife, son and daughter.
A case has been registered.
