Ramakrishna Mission’s 36th Shramdan: Volunteers clean Urwa Market area

Mangaluru: Volunteers of Swachh Mangaluru Abhiyan under the auspices of Ramakrishna Mission 36th Shramdan cleaned the Urwa Market area here on Sunday. A few volunteers also removed several banners and posters in different parts of the city.

The volunteers cleaned the area by removing posters stuck on the Urwa Market Bus Shelter and cleaned the interior and exterior surroundings of the bus stand. They cleared the plastic and paper pieces and also cut the weed in the area.

Arkula Merlapadavu village also witnessed cleanliness drives. The area from Merlapadavu to Valachil school along with the roads and drains were cleaned.
