Nalapad case: five accused granted bail

Bengaluru: The Sessions Court on Saturday granted conditional bail to five men who alongside Mohammed Nalapad Haris son of N.A. Haris, MLA, are accused for ruthlessly assault on Vidwath in a restaurant on February 17.
The accused Arun Babu, Mohamed Ashraf, Manjunath, Balakrishna and Mohamed Nasir were guided by the court to participate with investigation and not tamper with evidence.
Another accused, distinguished as Krishna has applied for anticipatory bail. This will come up for hearing under the steady gaze of the Sessions Court on June 25.
