Tumakuru: Three people, including a woman, were killed on the spot in an accident including a lorry and a cantor on national highway (NH)- 48 on the morning of Tuesday, July 17.
The deceased have been identified as Lokesh (34), a K R Nagar resident and a couple – Hanumantharaju (40) and Radha (35) – of Ranebennur taluk.
The accident occurred when the cantor driven by Lokesh crashed into the lorry which was moving towards Bengaluru from the back.
A case has been enlisted with Kallambella police.
