New Delhi: In a landmark judgement, the apex court on Thursday held that the LGBT community holds the same rights as any ordinary citizen in India.
A five-judge bench — led by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra unanimously pronounced the verdict decriminalising Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code
