Bengaluru: The High Grounds police on Saturday, December 7 nabbed two persons who allegedly killed a 20-year-old youth.

The deceased is identified as Fairoz and the accused are identified as Arif Khan and Siddiq all three hailing from Hosur.

As per the sources, Fairoz and Arif Khan and Siddiq were working at a stable and took care of the horses that were rented out for weddings.

On Thursday night, a fight broke out between the three over a petty issue. Though the fight was resolved and all the three slept, in the middle of the night, Arif and Siddiq woke up, brought a big stone from outside and dropped it on Fairoz’s face due to which he died on the spot.

Next day the owner on seeing that the trio did not turn up for work, went to their rented room to check and found Fairoz lying dead in a pool of blood.

He immediately informed the High Grounds police station and filed a complaint.

The police, who took up the case, detained Arif and Siddiq and interrogated them, informed sources.
