26 injured after private bus collides with truck

Bengaluru: As many as 26 persons were injured after a bus collided with a truck near Kunigal.

It is gathered most of the persons travelling in the bus were from Mangaluru. The condition of the three injured is said to be critical.

The bus that met with an accident belongs to a private operator from Mangaluru. The injured were rushed to Kollegal hospital for preliminary treatment after which they were shifted to hospitals in Bengaluru, informed sources.

The police rushed to the spot after receiving the information about the accident and carried out the investigation.
