March 1: Kadaba, Moodbidri taluk inauguration

Mangaluru: The Revenue minister will be inaugurating Kadaba, Moodbidri taluk on March 1st informed DK district in-charge minister U T Khader.  

In the evening, a revenue meeting of the coastal area will be conducted and on talks will be held regarding the toll gate issue on the occasion, he informed.

Government bus from Manipal

There was a demand that government buses were required between Manipal-Dharmasthala, Manipal-Puttur and Manipal-Subrahmanya. Now, approval has been provided at government level in this connection and bus transport will be started immediately, he said.

Proposal acceptance meeting

The taluk level proposal acceptance and progress inspection meeting will be held from Feb 20 to 23. )n 20th, proposals will be accepted from 9-10 am at Sullia inspection centre which will be followed by KDP meeting at 10 am at the TP. Proposals will be accepted at 2:30 pm in the afternoon at Puttur inspection centre, followed by a progress examination meeting at 4pm. On 21st, proposals will be accepted at 8 am at Belthangady inspection centre followed by progress inspection meeting at 10 am at taluk office. A progress inspection meeting will be held at 3pm in the afternoon in Bantwal. On 23rd, proposals will be accepted at Moodbidri at 9 am followed by progress inspection meet at 10 am. Proposals will be accepted at 11:30 am at Mulki followed by progress inspection meeting at Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) at 3pm in the afternoon, informed Mr Khader.

Feb 26th: University College building inauguration

The new building at Mangalore University and the new building at Lady Goshen hospital will be inaugurated on Feb 26th, informed the minister.

Feb 22nd: MIA terminal building foundation stone laying

The foundation stone laying ceremony for the new integrated terminal building at Mangaluru International Airport (MIA) will be held at 12 pm in afternoon on Feb 22nd. Union minister Suresh Prabhu will be speaking through video conference from New Delhi.
