DKShi says Shivalli was more than my brother him

Bengaluru: Water Resources Minister D K Shivakumar expressing his grief over Minister for Municipal Administration C S Shivalli’s death and said that he lost a very close friend, who was like a family member to him.
Addressing presspersons he said that he had brought Shivalli to Congress Party and got the associate membership of the party for him after meeting Sonia Gandhi.
“We also tried to make him minister, and the party identified his service. He was more than my brother in our association of around two decades. I am shocked and I cannot believe he is no more,” he added.
When asked about state BJP president’ss BS Yeddyurappa diary issue Shivakumar Refusing to comment saying that he respects law more than anything.
