Bengaluru: IPS officer Annamalai who is known for his sincere approach and daredevil attitude, which also earned him the name of ‘Singham’ has time and again shown that people in Khakhi too have a humane approach.
The officer’s recent tweet simply testifies that the officer is far different from what we expect off cops in high positions. Annamalai who is currently the Deputy Commissioner of Police – South Division, Bengaluru City took to Twitter on the poll day to recognize the tireless services of the home guards.
Sharing a selfie of himself with the home guards, Annamalai tweeted: “For me, the heroes of this election and for every election that I have worked will be our home guards. The tireless warriors in this small group are carpenters, coolie workers, drivers etc. They double up as home guards whenever the job calls them. #muchrespect @CPBlr @DGP_FIRE.”
