Will help M’luru youth in distress in Kuwait: Manikya Associates

Mangaluru: “Manikya Associates is ready to co-operate and extend full support to bring back 35 youths back to India. We have already met MLA Vedavyas Kamath and police commissioner in this regard and showed all the documents. We also discussed the matter with MP Nalin Kumar. We are ready to give every kind of co-operation and support to bring those youths back to India,” said Prasad Shetty, owner of the manpower consultants Manikya Associates, addressing media here on Saturday, June 1.

“Manikya Associates has sent the job aspirants from Mangaluru on the request of Hawk Consultancy situated in Mumbai and they had arranged jobs for these aspirants in Aspect Petroleum Services Company in Kuwait. Manikya Associates is in no way in related to their work at Aspect Petroleum Services Company in Kuwait. Manikya Associates has acted only as a link between these job aspirants and Hawk Consultancy,” clarified the firm.

Speaking at the press meet, lawyer Chandrahas K said, “Manikya Associates exists since last 12 years and we have not gone through this type of situation. Manikya Associates was just a link between job aspirants and Hawk Consultancy. Manikya Associates has already paid money to Hawk Consultancy for recruiting job aspirants. Hawk Consultancy asked us to conduct the interviews. Job aspirants are also aware about our role in the issue.”
