Abductors drop off PU student at bus stand

Mangaluru: A 17-year-old PU student who had reportedly been abducted by a gang on July 22 in broad daylight at Varkady Kaliyoor was found in city bus stand.

The youth, Harris, a resident of Kaliyur was reportedly dropped off by his abductors at the bus stand.

A complaint filed with police regarding his abduction states that Harris was riding a two-wheeler along with his sister when he was waylaid by a gang that arrived in a car near the auditorium of Kaliyoor Padavu, assaulted him and forcefully took him with them.
