Chandra K to get President’s Police Medal

Mangaluru: Chandra K Aduru, head constable of Mangaluru City Crime Branch (CCB) has been selected for the President’s Police Medal gallantry award.

Chandra joined the police department in 1996 and has given his service at Pandeshwar in Mangaluru, Ullal and DCIB stations. In 2014 he was promoted to head constable and after which he has given his service at Mangaluru rural police station and is presently in CCB.

It is worth noting that he received the Chief Minister’s Medal in 2010.

President’s Medal for Sunder Raj, Sumati

Sunder Raj, who was serving as the DySP in Madikeri has been selected for the President’s Medal. He is presently delivering his duty at Hunasuri in Mysuru district.

Madikeri police station head constable Sumati M too has been selected for the honour the President’s Medal.
