‘All-party delegation led by BSY will meet PM Modi to seek more relief funds’

Bengaluru: Health and social welfare minister B Sreeramulu on Sunday said that Karnataka, Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa would lead an all-party delegation to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and seek more funds.
Speaking on the issue Sreeramulu said that BS Yediyurappa will take an appointment of the Prime Minister to seek more funds for the state
“About Rs 35,000 crore is our rough estimate. We are yet to know the actual amount. Our state has suffered more losses than any other state due to floods this time,” he added.
Speaking on the formation of the new Vijayanagara district, he stated that a final decision in this regard will be taken only after examining the pros and cons of the move.
