Longest Gift Item: Mangaluru’s Apeksha enters India Book Of Records

Mangaluru: Besant evening college MCom student Apeksha S Kottary, a resident of Mannagudda has achieved a spot for herself in the Indian Book of Records by creating the longest explosion gift box.

Created with the theme of ‘Incredible India’, the gift box is 75 cm wide and 1,000 cm long. On the surface it looks like normal box, but when opened, it unfurls into a 1,000 cm long gift box. A variety of information including India’s freedom fighters, achievers, leaders, culture and tradition has been beautifully written by Apeksha within the box. she informed that she has been doing the hobby continuously.
