MIA explosive case: Police seek identity parade for accused, say sources

Mangaluru: In connection with the Mangaluru airport live explosive case, the investigating police have reportedly asked the Tahsildar to make arrangements for the identity parade of the accused Adithya Rao.
The identity parade is mandated by the law and has to be conducted in the presence of over ten eyewitnesses. The tahsildar is yet to respond to the request, said a source.
So far, the police have collected statements of over 45 witnesses relating to the case.
A charge sheet in case will be filed after police receive the forensic report of the samples of the explosives sent for testing.
