5 Dangerous food combinations you must avoid

We are addicted to eating food while coupling it with some combination, either it is cheese, fruits or even salads. But certain food combinations create toxicity in the body, giving rise to several  diseases.

Here are a few food combinations that we should avoid.

Burger and fries

The trans fats in both these food items will lower your blood sugar levels and often and makes you tired and lethargic.

Water and Melon

Since melons are 90-95% water, drinking water after having them may dilute the digestive juices in the body.

Pizza and Soda

The carbs in the pizza along with proteins and starch take up a lot of your body’s energy for digestion and the sugar in the soda slows down digestion and other stomach processes.
