Mangaluru: State agriculture minister B C Patil stated that people will make their decision on KPCC chief D K Shivkumar’s fate after learning of his thought process when he attempted to politicize the COVID-29 crisis.
Speaking in the city, Patil added that the State’s finances are not so low that the government cannot bear the expenses of transporting migrant workers.
D K Shivakumar a few days ago had urged the government to arrange travel facilities for migrant workers, the expenses for which will be borne by the State’s Congress unit.
Patil also stated that he is visiting all districts in the State and reviewing agricultural activities and problems there. Adding that he has already convened several meeting of officials and representatives to discuss issues in the sector.
Patil also stated that meetings have also been conducted on how to distribute seeds and fertilizers to the farmers.
