Shimoga: Former MLA Belur Gopalakrishna has predicted that in the next six months the State government will fall.
“People are very unhappy with the COVID-19 situation in the State and not receiving adequate grants. They are ready to come on the streets and protest,” he said.
The State is under the absolute control of Vijayendra and Shobha Karandlaje. Corruption in the State is on the rise, a bribe of Rs 50 lakhs is what it takes to transfer an inspector, he added.
Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa is sitting on a thorny chair as two-three people in the BJP are waiting to become the chief minister, he said.
I am not the Swamiji of Kodi Mutt to predict the future. The Swamiji too is not predicting the chief minister’s future, however, a change in administration is for sure, he added.
