Tourists horde Jog falls; Rs 1.95 lakhs collected on Aug 23

Sagar: A record number of tourists flocked to the world-famous Jog Falls here, which was desolate for more than 3 months, on Sunday, August 23.
The whole day on Sunday was sunny making the falls clearly visible to the tourists.
By 6.30 pm, the Jog Development Authority had collected Rs 1.95 lakhs in admission fees.
Due to Ganesha Chaturthi on Saturday and the holiday on Sunday the falls was crowded.
Most of the tourist spots across the State have been opened with precautionary measures for tourists after the initiation of Unlock 3.0.
